Umbrella Corporation only ships firearms and firearm receivers to FFL dealers. Customers may purchase from the website and have their dealer of choice email a copy of their license directly to with the customer's name in the subject line (as a matter of policy we DO NOT accept faxed FFLs). When you create your account or check-out, please enter your contact information/shipping address and not your dealer's. We will only ship your lower to the address of your chosen FFL. Any associated transfer fees assessed by the local dealer are the responsibility of the buyer and not UCWRG. Know the laws of your state or locale: Umbrella will not ship lower receivers to CT, DC, NY, or to restricted cities in CA, IL, MA, or MD. Please contact us directly if you have questions or require clarification.

We do not send out emails to tell you that we have received your dealer’s FFL. That would require hundreds of additional emails on top of those already going out. You will know that we have your dealer’s license when you get the tracking info for your lower receiver. Likewise, if we have an issue or don’t have a FFL from your dealer, we will contact you when we get to that point. And if your dealer is one of those that require a phone call, our license first, or some other such nonsense before they will send us their FFL, find another dealer. We simply don’t have time to play these games with dilettante license holders.

NFA Rules: For purchases from Umbrella Corporation, NFA rules always apply and the purchaser is responsible for complying with all Federal, State, and local laws. Contact us if you have questions or need clarification regarding legality of a particular product or our SBR option.

Export: Orders from foreign countries must comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR Parts 120-130) with export prohibited unless permission granted by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Such requests are handled on a case by case basis.

Warranty claims: A cursory Look at competitors’ websites and you will often see the typical disclaimer begin with; “not responsible for… ”. This is incongruent with the philosophy of Umbrella Corporation. It is absolutely our responsibility to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our company and we will go to extremes to guarantee same. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us directly for immediate resolution.

Processing Times and Backorders: Orders are accepted only for in-stock items with CC processing executed at the time of checkout completion. We do not typically take payments for upcoming products or those in development. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt (except for high demand or limited receiver production orders which are processed as quickly as possible based on FFL availability and physical sorting times); weekends and holidays excepted.

Special Order Products: From time to time Umbrella will offer items/components of a unique nature that qualify for special order status. For those unique projects, please contact us directly for order opportunities and to secure your place in line for limited availability items.

Payment Type: UCWRG accepts all major credit cards and USPS money orders with special pricing given to Government agencies, Military, Law Enforcement, and active duty personnel. Please contact us for specific details.
